Building Career Pathways is a joint strategic initiative by both the City of Brooklyn Park and Brooklyn Center centering around education and Entrepreneurial opportunities to youth and young adults in our community. Our approach to workforce development is centered around the experience of the job seeker to stay competitive in a global marketplace.

Through feedback from our existing program participants and the market demand, we continue to offer our Youth Entrepreneurship Program (YEP) and support services for those who experience barriers to enable Brooklyn Park and Brooklyn Center residents to embark on or advance their careers.
